telephone with Free local calls, laundry room with washer & dryer,
gourmet barbecue grill, picnic table & benches, large fenced in back yard,
screened in Carolina Room (screened patio) with ceiling fan, deck chairs & table.
This very clean house can sleep up to 11.

This rental has just been upgraded, with New Ceramic Tile in the family room, dining area, kitchen, hallway and the laundry room. Your fully-stocked kitchen has ALL NEW APPLIANCES stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a New Kitchen Counter Top and New Kitchen Cabinets. The kitchen also features additional amenities such as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, plus cookware, utensils, pots, pans, silverware, dishes, and glasses. We have also upgraded with New Furniture and New Accents.
You will be pleasantly surprised how clean The Palm House truly is!

The Palm House rents weekly (SUNDAY TO SUNDAY) from mid-March through mid-October.
Throughout the off-peak season (mid-October through mid-March),
monthly rates are available.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
This is a Non-Smoking house, smoking permitted on the patio.
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent, unless accompanied by a parent.
Dog friendly.
Cleaning Before And After your stay is included in all rates!
Guest Linens & Towels are included in weekly rates!
Free on site parking included.
Rental week is Sunday to Sunday.
Check in time 3pm.
Check out 9am.
$300. refundable security/key deposit required.
Taxes not included.
