Enjoy a large private balcony overlooking the pool, the beach, the Atlantic Ocean, where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset. This privately owned condo, 1413 Ocean Forest Plaza Resort, is located in the exclusive cabanna section of Myrtle Beach. It is more relaxed, less crowded, and more family oriented than other sections of the beach.

 

The resort offers a lot to do! It has a refreshing outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, an on-site restaurant (Ocean Forest Café which offers a great breakfast buffet), Bleachers Sports Bar located on the 7th floor, BBQ Grill Area, Free parking pass included with all rentals, oceanfront walking trail, playground/park (a short walk), and a poolside bar and grill (seasonal).

The resort is a 23 story, concrete & steel building. The building is freshly remodeled with a new lobby, elevators, and exterior.

Unit 1413 is nicely decorated  and well maintained. It also features a clean and modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, and even a toaster & blender. There is also a living room, a large bedroom, an attached dressing area that includes another sink and mirror, and a full bath. The unit sleeps 6, with 2 full beds, a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable innerspring mattress. Unit 1413 Ocean Forest Plaza Resort, also features central heat and air conditioning, a VCR, and 2 cable TVs, telephone (free local calls), and even a vacuum.

Our Condo is closely located to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer! It has 100 golf courses, outlet shopping, fine dining, live entertainment theaters, water parks, and exciting & diverse night life. This is a non-smoking condo, smoking permitted on the balcony.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent, unless accompanied by a parent.

Cleaning Before And After your stay is included in all rates!

Guest Linens & Towels are included in weekly rates or you can deduct $100.00 off the weekly rental price if you want to bring your own..

Free on site parking pass with all rentals.

Rental week is from Saturday to Saturday.

Check in time 3pm.

Check out time 10am.  

$150. fully refundable security/key deposit required.

Taxes not included.
