Frequently Asked Questions
- How can I reserve a week for a vacation?
You can contact us via e-mail, phone, or use our online reservation form.
A 30% deposit will reserve your weekly or monthly rental.
Also $150. refundable security/key deposit is required with all guests.
It is refunded 2 weeks after your stay, as long as the unit is in good condition and the key has been returned to us.
Rent must be paid in full one month prior to your arrival.
The keys will be sent to you after your rent is paid in full, 1 week prior to your stay.
- What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is after 3:00 P.M.
Check-out time is before 10:00 A.M.
- Is cleaning included in the rental rate?
Yes, cleaning is included
on weekly and monthly rentals. Your unit will be cleaned before check-in and after check out.
Yes, linens and towels are inluded in the rates with all weekly rentals.
No, there is a 10% State and County tax that is additional.
- Is There A Minimum Age To Rent A Condo?
Yes, you must be 25 years of age or married.
- What is included in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all standard cooking utensils, plus a coffee maker.
- Do you provide beach chairs?
The Myrtle Beach lifeguards offer beach chair and umbrella rentals (in season) in front of the unit.
