Each private apartment is fully equipped, right down to the appliances. Telephone (free local calls) and cable television in every unit. Also electric is included in the rates for our condo rentals. With an average winter high of 61º, it’s no wonder that folks are giving their snow shovels and their backs a break by spending time on our Grand Strand. Whether you’re from Canada or one of our northern neighbor states, you’ll find your "home away from home" here at the beach. Many of our Myrtle Beach vacation rental properties are available at special monthly winter rates from as early as October through February.
You will also save tax dollars. Guests staying at least 90 days in a row, receive the rental tax free. These rentals are not subject to the 11% SC tax that is applicable to shorter stays.
Our properties feature fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living areas and some have enclosed swimming pools and whirlpools. Some of our Myrtle Beach oceanfront resorts have off-season monthly rentals. Monthly winter rates include lodging and all utilities (basic cable, local telephone calls, water, and electric).

The 47th Annual Canadian-American Days Festival hit Myrtle Beach March 8 - 16, 2008 . This festival has enchanted our neighbors from the north with a grand celebration of sights, sounds, and all-around good fun. The festival is aligned with Ontario's school holiday, which allows families to visit our fun filled beach town. The Canadian-American Days Festival has been selected one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast for the past 12 years by the Southeast Tourism Society. The Myrtle Beach Can-Am Kickoff Celebration welcomes our guests each year. Throughout the festival, a series of concerts, beach activities, sporting events, and other community-sponsored activities provide an endless array of things to do.
