- We are a full service company offering rentals, maintenance, cleaning and linen services
- To give you peace of mind, we have a minimum rental age of 25, And we require a security deposit, with all rentals for your protection.
- We will build a webpage page for your unit, at no additional charge, on OceanfrontCondoRentals.com, for your condo and advertise your particular unit with interior & exterior photos.
- We will also build you a rental calendar on your website listing. You can even view your booked weeks! No guessing if your unit is booked or not as with some other rental companies.
- We have turned away many guests in the past, because we were fully booked, so we decided to expand our business and add additional rental units from other owners and rent & manage their condos.
- We are a Licensed, South Carolina Property Manager-In-Charge, in addition our business is licensed in Myrtle Beach.
- We will inspect & maintain your rental to minimize problems and expenses.
- We offer weekly spring , summer, and fall rentals. In the Winter season we also offer Monthly Rentals.
- Innovative, knowledgeable, Local Management that knows you, knows your property, and the area.

We advertise our business locally, nationally, and internationally. We screen; negotiate and draw lease agreements; collect security deposits, rents, and cleaning fees; we check your unit in and out to minimize problems and expenses, and we provide keys to tenants and collect keys upon departure; we contract for cleaning services following the departure of your tenants; we maintain & contract maintenance services for plumbing, electrical, sewer, and other problems.

We are currently accepting a few, select properties, for rental management at this time. We are always looking at new properties to see if they would be a good addition to our rental family – last year we were turning away guests who were looking for 3 bedroom condos. We hope to add a few more 3 bedroom units this year so we don’t have to turn away any guests.
